About Sam the Midwife
Mother to two boys and a Registered midwife
Having a baby can be the most amazing and life changing experience, one that we should cherish for the rest of our lives. All children bring challenges, but also the greatest love, happiness and sense of fulfillment.
As a practicing midwife since 1993, I have 18 years experience within the NHS. During this time I have rotated into all areas including a specialist post in public health. I have also specialised in delivering breastfeeding support and information.
Full Midwifery Care: £4,380
Initial consultation, antenatal, birthing and postnatal care. Includes free HypnoBirthing course.
Postnatal Care Package: £1,200
Includes one antenatal appointment to discuss your needs, 10 home visits during the first four weeks and telephone contact for six weeks, after baby is born.
Choosing the midwife who will care for you during this special time is an important decision. With Babymoon there will be an Initial Consultation that usually lasts around one hour. We will discuss your pregnancy hopes and plans and I will explain in more detail how I care for my clients. This will give us both an opportunity to ensure that we can work together.
To book an Initial Consultation call Sam the Midwife 07505 591 237
One-to-one midwife care is given at your place of choice, (usually at home but can be the work place).
Midwife care can be delivered to anyone living in London.
Therapia is an on-site massage therapy service operating in the north Kent-south east London region.
Bromley, Orpington, West Wickham, Petts Wood, Bickley, Chislehurst, Beckenham, Crofton
Designed to relieve those aches and pains experienced during pregnancy, this massage is a wonderful experience. It promotes relaxation, supports the woman’s body during a period of physiological change, and helps to prepare the whole body for birth. Pregnancy Massage provides a special time for the Mum-to-be to unwind and focus on her body and her baby, thus benefiting the baby too! In fact studies show that Pregnancy Massage reduces anxiety and stress hormones in pregnancy. These studies reported less premature labour and fewer obstetric complications.

I found Áine’s craniosacral therapy invaluable when I was pregant. She helped me with problems I was having with my sacro iliac joints. She is very gentle. My baby loved the sessions too.
